Vintage and inherited leather
Many Greenhills leather drop-offs are inherited or long-tenured pieces — a father's leather jacket from the 1990s, a grandmother's suede gloves from a decade in the US, a designer bag bought before the resale market existed. Our process treats each piece by its condition: aged leather may have lost its original finish but still has years of wear left if properly conditioned. Cleaning removes accumulated grime and restores hand-feel; we set honest expectations at intake about what's recoverable.
Tito-and-tita-level care
The Greenhills branch has staff who have been at the location for many years and who understand the specific needs of the community — long-time customers, family-name relationships, and the kind of careful intake conversation that older pieces deserve.
