Why BGC drop-offs run differently from Makati
BGC brides tend to bring gowns in faster — often within two to three weeks of the wedding rather than waiting months. We think this is partly a function of BGC's condo lifestyle (smaller closets, less room to hang an uncleaned gown indefinitely) and partly the demographic skewing younger and more attuned to gown cleaning as a routine post-wedding step rather than an afterthought. Whatever the cause, faster intake means better cleaning results — yellowing and stain oxidation haven't had time to set.
Branches and what to bring
Market Market in the Fiesta Market section is the higher-volume of the two BGC branches and has the dedicated specialty bench for gown work. Fifth Avenue Place at the corner of 5th Avenue and 21st Drive is more convenient for the central BGC office and condo crowd. Bring the gown on a hanger or in its original garment bag — not folded in a box, which can crease beadwork. Bring any veil, gloves, or accessories you want cleaned alongside.
Modern silhouettes and BGC bridal
Modern silhouettes don't change our process — they change the intake notes. A minimalist crepe gown without beading still has perspiration zones, hemline soiling, and makeup transfer to address. A bias-cut silk gown is more delicate in the wash than a structured ball gown despite looking simpler. Our specialty team treats each gown as its own piece, not as a category.
Pricing
